Our Services
At Core Ventilation we provide end-to-end solutions to monitor, purify, and manage the air quality in your home. From whole-house setups to targeted fixes, we tailor our services to your specific climate and property layout.
-
A sub-floor ventilation system is a mechanical solution designed to eliminate rising dampness and stagnant air from beneath a raised home or crawl space. By using inline fans connected to a network of ductwork, the system actively extracts heavy, damp air from under the house and vents it safely outside. This creates negative pressure that continuously draws fresh, dry air into the crawl space through existing brick vents.
-
A PIV system is a whole-home ventilation solution designed to cure condensation and mould. Installed in your roof space, the unit draws fresh air from the outside, filters it, and gently pushes it down into your home through a central ceiling diffuser. This creates a slight, invisible positive pressure that naturally forces damp, stagnant, indoor air out through your home's natural micro-gaps. It replaces all the air in a home up to 20 times a day, keeping the property dry and condensation-free.
-
While ventilation focuses on bringing fresh air in, air purification focuses on making indoor air microscopically clean. This can be integrated directly into your home’s ductwork or installed as a standalone system. These systems use medical-grade HEPA and Activated Carbon filters to continuously scrub the air. They physically trap 99.97% of airborne particles (like dust, pollen, and pet dander) and neutralise invisible threats like smoke, cooking odours, and chemical VOC gases and works as a defence system for allergy and asthma sufferers.
-
We install humidity sensor-activated extraction systems in high-moisture zones—like kitchens and bathrooms—to stop mould growth at the source.
-
We use diagnostic tools to test your home's baseline pollutant levels, and we provide ongoing duct cleaning and filter replacement services to keep your system running at peak performance.
